Complaint / review text:
Bonitas pharmacy (We are force to use Pharmacy direct, other wise we pay penalties) does not deliver the conical medicine on time. The request was send in on the 23 May, they respond was that they will deal with it in 48 WORKING hours meaning five days (now that is even way to long to wait for medication) BUT on the 8 June nothing was delivered. Bonitas will now tell me that i must contact Pharmacy direct, but I deal with Bonitas who force me to use a single provider that keep on deliver poorly. That mean Bonitas must resolve my problem, i am a client of Bonitas and not Pharmacy direct who is a subcontractor of Bonitas.
