My wife went in for a procedure on the 30th of April 2014. After battling to get pre-approval, all seemed to go well. Claims were submitted after I paid in my portion (R 1000). Now the clinic contacts me to find out why a portion of R 3 274.30 wasn't paid. Contacted Bonitas on the 10th of June and was told that it was being taken care off - Reference number 100614QSJ8MT. Apparently not done, and as usual no communication from Bonitas. It seems HelloPeter is the only way I can get some response from Bonitas.
