Well it appears that back in February 2014 I had contacted Match to cancel my subscription. They did indeed cancel and issued me a refund of the renewal. Now after signing back up with Match, my subscription ended yesterday the 14th of October 2014. Now I was recently laid off from my job about 2 weeks ago and was not paying attention to my renewal date. I was contacted by my bank today of the new charges. After contacting Match they refused to refund me because they said they did a 1 time courtesy refund already. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to and plead my case. They said no and that they follow the same protocol. We all know that is BS because EVERY company has someone that has the authority to make the final decision. No compassion for people. I am unemployed and now paying for something 1 DAY past the renewal that they say can't be undone. I could see if it was 1 week or so after, but 1 day!!!
