Complaint / review text:
I made my payments in full before the due date. The automatic payments (which I canceled) came out of my account, overdrawing my account twice.
After my bill was paid in full, I received a letter stating I was paid in full and not to worry. I woke up with my service disconnected due to non-payment. Again, my bill was paid in full. I had to pay out of pocket to restore my service, even though I didn't have a balance.
No one can tell me why this has happened. My bank even said Optimum was in the wrong.
