Dallas: upgrading my speed. I have offers from other providers tripling my current speed for the same I am paying now.
Dallas: I will just leave you and go with the other offers I have.
Jackie: they may be tripling the speed but the quality of the service is not like what we provide
Dallas: I doubt that
Jackie: Ok well please call me directly at 210-510-3878 when you decide to come back to Time Warner because you wont get the services you are expecting
Dallas: either make me an offer for better service at the price I am paying or we can just part ways

Jackie: You can call our retention department to see if they have different offers than new sales

Dallas: no you should have done all you could to keep me as a customers... Once again cable is no good!
