We opened a new internet account by calling ATT and got an agreeable rate. But the bill came with a charge almost doubled.
We called many times for this is not want we agreed and expected rate. Mostly they transfer you around, some answers said in their system it showed the account opened with the hight rate. How can that be?! I suggest they check phone record of original discussion for opening account because it was very simple and clear, sale's rep told me $19.95/m and I accepted.
After hours of call and telling the issue many times to different agent (they transfer the call again & again) I feel that AT&T did not want to help. It's very frustrate and all the calls are wast time. AT&T lost our trust. They do not have basic business decency.
They give you one rate for you open the account and bill you differently. Customer service never helps.
