Complaint / review text:
I was forced to switch my internet and 2nd and 3rd phone lines with Comcast Business Class. I was then charged through Comcast Residential $100 for random visits in one bill, then and additional $100 a month for services not received. Simple billing issue that seems to get fixed every month until the next bill comes and my balance is up to $1,011.74.
Every month I am told that my bill will be credited and it is not. Someone Please help get me to corporate and not JUST make a BBB complaint.
