For the past 2 years I have had intermittent internet and phone service. The first 2 times they had me come to the local office and replace the modem.
The last 2 times I knew the modem was not the problem, but I replaced the modem again. I have been working in the telecommunications business for the past 25 years. The problem is a signal issue coming into my home. I called them today and spoke with a customer service rep as well as his manager.
The only resolution was to credit me with one week of service on my phone, not the internet. That is unacceptable as a loyal customer for the past 5 years or so, just at this location. There is another up and coming service provider here in my area (Google). They will be soon installing their service in my home.
Finally, TWC will be experiencing some really healthy competition. Thanks for the headaches and good luck with future customers TWC. It has really been a bad headache.
Customer service is not one of your assets. You guys might need to visit USAA and get some really professional customer service training.
