Complaint / review text:
My website is not accessible nor my company emails. I called Godaddy support and they claim they have nothing to do with it, and I should call my Internet provider. So I did, and they ask me if I can access other websites, and I could, if I can access from any other provider, YES.
Godaddy support person suggests me to use www.whatsmydns.net to check availability, of course this doesn't cover my country, but in their view everything is fine. After I failed to get any support from them I refreshed screen several times and noticed that Godaddy cannot be accessed from some points... On and off.
It is obvious they have internal problem, but still I loose precious time trying to explain and they talk back like I'm an.
Godaddy - Go To!!!
