I cancelled my profile and account on Match.com after meeting someone in November, 2013 and dating them for almost 2 years. I recently discovered that Match.com was automatically billing my account as an "auto renewal" stating that I agreed to the automatic renewal in the "Terms of Contract Agreement" and did not cancel my account properly. I have had trouble with Match.com on the same issue in previous years, regardless of canceling my account online as requested, which requires some specific site navigation and is difficult to do. Since signing up in October 2013, I have been billed the amount of $119.94 on 5/8/15,11/6/14,5/7/14 for a total of $359.82. I have phoned Match.com and they have only agreed to refund one amount of $119.94 after much negotiation. This appears to be an ongoing problem with this organization in particular.
