If I can, I give them ZERO RATE. I don't say about this website, I want to say about the payment of Match. I used Match and bought 3 months membership. I used a month and I think it don't work with me. So I cancel this membership. But after 3 months, I checked my credit, Match continue charge me 3 months membership. I called for customer service, they only said that they can't refund that for me (only 1 sentence). Ok, I have no idea. But next 3 months, Match continue charged me. I called for them again and they continue said "SORRY and NOT REFUND". I requested them to send me a email to confirm that I don't have to pay for next more 3 months. Omg... Terrible... Terrible. I lost my money 2 times on Match and what I receive from them? NOTHING. So if you use Match, remember check your credit card every month.
