I was impressed by the number of members but only a few actually answered. I have cancelled the subscription online, I came through the whole process carefully and the request had been processed. After two months I found the two debits on my account. I have unsubscribed again, received no email confirmation again so I called customer service (was not easy to find) and I was informed politely that they found no requests of cancellation and are NOT able to REFUND any debits. Because of the unwanted debits I regret I have ever created the account.
