By far, Match.com has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. I do believe a class action lawsuit does need to occur against Match.com. I was automatically charged for a 6 month renewal without any email or notification. Two days later when I received my credit card notification about the charge I called customer service to get this fixed, which did not happen. They will cancel your subscription so it doesn't automatically renew anymore but they will not provide a refund at all. You're just stuck with having to pay the amount charged.
The representative recommended that I enjoy the website since I would not have a refund, even that was passed for 2 days. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. My experience with this site was not good at all and after this I will not recommend Match.com to anyone. Please, check online and see how many people complain about the manner that Match run their business. Do not make the same mistake I did it. Stay away and do not do business with Match.com
