I also cancelled my account and also was auto-renewed w/o my knowledge or permission. I called customer service within 24-hours of the charge hitting my bank account and was told I could have a partial payment. I said, "No, I don't use the site and I would like a full refund." The woman said they don't give full refunds. I asked to speak w / her supervisor. The supervisor was way worse than the first woman. She said she would now give me NO REFUND and kept saying over and over, "Is there anything else I can do before we discontinue." It was like Bartleby the Scrivener. They can clearly see I don't use my account. They don't even have the correct zip code for my credit card and they won't give me my money back. I will never use them again. I called my bank's fraud department. I hope that they refund my money. Definitely adding insult to injury when it comes to dating...
