Complaint / review text:
For the past two months I have tried to resolve my issue with Comcast over my Internet service. There have been a total of 3 techs from Comcast to my home.
The first tech installed a new modem and told me a new line was needed which Comcast would install within 2 weeks. Never happened. The second tech agreed with the first tech and told me a supervisor would contact me. Never happened.
The third tech split my cable line to my computer and now service is worse than it was initially. I have called repeatedly. Last evening I used the website to "chat" with a rep and 3 different reps. Blew me off.
There was to be a rep at my home today. No rep and no call.
