I previously paid my Dish bill and Century link bill as one.in September, I called to have them billed out separately.
I was told that this was effective immediately and paid my dish bill and then called Century link and was told my amount due to them, and paid that bill as well. Now Century Link is trying to bill me for Dish services as well, even thought they were paid directly to Dish by me. Dish said they would try to straighten it out and pay the amount back to Century link.in the meantime Century Link informed me that I would incur late fees until the payment comes thru.
Unbelievable. I was on the phone for a total of just under 4 hours (over a 2 day period) and was basically told that I just chose to pay whatever I wanted. Not true as I called both companies to find out the true amount due to them. I cancelled my Century link accounts, we have 2 separate lines in our home.
Good riddance. Also, when I asked for a number for customer service, I was given a fictitious number.
I am still trying to find a number for Century Link, but at least this made me feel better.
