Complaint / review text:
Opened an account for ulimited internet service: never got close to it!!! Internet drops for no reason and or the modem does not boot up correctly and surprise, it's Bell's fault! Technical support can't help because it's a Bell line... Can't test the line with a regular phone so off to level 2. Meanwhile, I have not internet service... Paying for it!
Forget it... Went back to Videotron whom I have been connected via cable for 10 years without one single call for an outage! 10 years! I did not even get 10 minutes worth of internet service with Primus!
... If a company can't provide internet service door to door, forget it! They will simply blame the other guy while YOU'RE paying for it!
