Complaint / review text:
Short/simple, we work too hard and pay too much for a crappy cable service. Everytime I try to watch a show or change channel to channel it constantly doesnt work & it gets annoying, & it gets annoying to call &call, its like we are giving them free money for channels we arent or barely getting, oh and also it turns our power off or it just stops working for a little bit and we have to reset the cable and the router, yeah no fun.
So its like oceanic time warner cable likes ripping people who works hard off.
IM SORRY BUT I HONESTLY WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. Its that bad that im wasting my time to write this, just saying from a customer perspective.
