I was automatically renewed after 6 months on Match.com. When I called, I was told by two different people that I did not qualify for a refund because I had sent a match email out after the expiration date. I told them that I was not notified that my account had renewed and if I had been notified, I would have immediately canceled my subscription. They still refused to issue a refund. After threatening to file an FCC complaint, they finally relented and issued a full refund. I think it's totally unfair and misleading for Match.com to charge and only refund when they are threatened with an FCC complaint.
