I cannot give less than one star or I would have. They are the most corrupt service providers out there.
Because of a power issue my wireless router would not talk to my modem so I called up technical support. Of course the utterly inept "support" people had no clue what the problem was. After turning of and on the modem and router a couple of dozen times they could not figure out let alone resolve what the problem was. FInally I was transferred to "signature" support.
If you think that there is anything exclusive in the signature variety of support then you are sorely mistaken.in my moment of weekness I agreed to pay 5.95 for remotely fixing my modem (i. E. Restarting my modem thats it). I thought for the effort I would have to put in, 5.95 was not such a bad deal.
So I did. And what do I find in my email after a couple of days? Xfinity has sneakly signed my up for signature support and charged me for 5.95 subscription fee and a 39$ wireless network setup fee! I mean what the!
45$ total after promising me at 12 in the night "wouldn't you like to get rid of you wifi trouble right now". M'fing a-hole these people are. Sneaky. Obviously I am going to cancel my entire subscription now and move to Dish or something.
I dont expect them to be any better.
But you comcast and xfinity. You.
