I complained to the Better Business Bureau about match.com. I advise anyone with a billing complaint to do the same. This is unbelievable that the company was not held accountable for its fraudulent policies after SO MANY people have complained. I am furious and frustrated. I signed up for a 6-month subscription, but I wanted to cancel 30 MIN after. I tried to cancel IMMEDIATELY, but I was not allowed. They somehow failed to make it clear that there is no refund on the account. I talked to both a customer rep and a supervisor, saying that I do not want to be billed for a 6-month service that I am not happy with, do not want, and do not use. I had the account active for only HALF AN HOUR, and should NOT be billed for the full 6-month term. They just kept repeating the same thing that they understand but there is NO REFUND. This is infuriating. This is fraud.
