Complaint / review text:
Check my profile and found myself listed in wrong town with deceased relative still being shown. Relative died two years ago and I moved a year ago and public records were all updated after my move.
Notified Intellius and they said they have no control over public records. Said fix was to opt out of Intellius. They don't fix their problems and should not be relied upon. When you point out a discrepancy in a sites record pertaining to your records I would assume that they would check out the information you give them; instead they say it is not their responsibility and the only fix would be for me to submit personal information to them so they can block my information from their site.
How is it that they know that the personal information that I am submitting is correct if their information pertaining to myself is incorrect?
