I made payment arrangement for my account to be deducted with R300.00 every month on the 25! I started realising after 26 of June 2014 that MBD is actual deducting the money weekely rather than monthly. I complained to management and they said that they will look into it and freez my account so long but, debit orders still went through weekly unsuccessfull and resulted me in bank charges for returned debit order. Then olivia advised tedia that i should send my 3 months bank statement of which i did. Nobody came back to me and i specifically mentioned that they need to sort this out so that i can continue with payments on my account but nobody cares. This is not fair. Noboby has any right to just deduct on my account without my knowledge or me giving them a right to. It has been going on far to long. I want to be reinburse all my money for the bank charges and the one they deducted without my knowledge. I know i owe them, but we made payment arrangement and agreed on the terms and conditions over the phone. They busy asking me for 3 months bank statement but when they busy deducting on my account they never asked for anything. Dissapointed at their service couse you beg for it.
