My MTN account was handed over to Norton Lambrianos Attorneys with arrears of R600, however I paid R1100 to date and they still want me to pay an additional R1098 that they thumb sucked. I am in communication with MTN and I am filling a formal complaint. This is the second week they can't explain why I should pay R1098, they are giving me the run around when I question them about the account, even the supervisor Adilate hung up on me and when I tried calling again they said she is in a meeting 10 minutes later. I need them to hand back my account back to MTN since the arrears have been paid back. Stop taking people for granted and thinking that they are legally illiterate.
