Complaint / review text:
We have an apparent outstanding account for an Intercare that we dont even visit. This angry woman calls me and threatens with all sorts of legal action and I ask her to provide me with at least an invoice so I can see what she is referring to. Nothing happens and I diligently follow up but yet again zero response. I get a call now again with that horrible voice and a threat of a summons if we dont pay immediately. Here's the thing about paying though... How must I pay for something I have no idea about... And if I do have to pay then at least provide me with the details so I can make payment. Nothing has been provided to me in terms of banking details to make payment to, not to mention the actual proof that we were at the Intercare in question.
