Complaint / review text:
When I called Game to enquire about my outstanding account I was informed that it was handed to MBD and I was supplied with a number. Finding this out I had to go into my mail ISP to access the automatic spam filter in which I found many emails marked as Spam by Google itself, with the last 2 demanding R400.19 as instalment.
I called the number to be rudely answered twice and disconnected from their end. A third call was a little more helpful where the lady took my number and she had a consultant call me. I was informed that the call would cost me R28 because it was made from their offices to me. The man (also clearly untrained) gave me conflicting calculation info from the letter I received and also could not give me a fixed amount payable for a fixed amount of months which made me suspect that he was just doing his own calculations on the fly. He claimed that this could only be done if I agree to a debit order.
I asked for a supervisor and they were apparently all in the same meeting and unavailable.
I expect to receive the generic MBD response on this posting but hope that I will get a proper service consultant so that the outstanding amount can be settle post haste
