Complaint / review text:
I called on Monday, spoke to Abegail and she promised me that I can settle my account and will get a paid up letter. I asked to speak to her on Wednesday, she didn't want to take my call, I spoke to the lady by name of Thabo, she was very rude. She transferred me to the Supervisor Charles who over promised me that I will get my letter Friday. I called him on Friday, he kept on promising however I ended up not getting any Joy. I understand that their job is to collect but treating client like Rubbish is unacceptable. First of all I believe they know their procedure and they should have told me from the beginning not promising.
The service is pathetic, my account was not handed to them becausae i didnt want to pay it was because of pathetic service i received from edgars.
I have been tranfered from pillar to post. Charles told me to go get letter at edgars store only to find that i went there for nothing.
