I am utterly disgusted with Norton Lambrianos Attorneys. This is the 3rd time posting a complaint because the appalling way the two previous reports was handled, and I felt the reply's was feeble which was joyless and above that they in the last reply's first lie: "Thank you for the query lodged. We have reviewed your file and the call was made to establish you next payment date for April 2015 as the March 2015 payment was not received on the agreed date." I have proof of the payment date and this was before the agreed date! Just because Nedbank takes 2 or 5 days to receive my payment does not mean that I did not pay on time. This is merely the feeble excuse they use to phone you (like in my case 4 to 6 times a month to have the same conversation every time since December 2013). Second lie (which in fact is from the first post:"Please note that we have removed your cell number from our system and you will not be receiving calls from our call centre" - so why did they phone me? Check the first above! Meanwhile the charges for all those phone calls made to me still remain on my account with them which they charged me. Why are they not reversing these phone call charges?
