My mom passed on 2 weeks ago and Martin's refused to help us with the burial. I'm really disappointed with the service we got.
My mom had the policy since year 2000 and she only missed 9 payments since she had the policy. She has already spend over R21 000 on Martin's. The policy was still active. I was penalized R4500 for 9 payments she missed. People pay just for 6 months and pass on... And Martin gives them a "Dignified Funeral"! My mom paid for 14 years and she gets BAD SERVICE.
We were given lousy vehicles to take the family to the Grave-yards.
I will never recommend martins to anyone
