I bough a Kia Picanto 2010 from Diahatsu Kempton Park I, actually received the car on the 2nd May, 2014 On the 6th of June 2014, the car overheated. I immediately went to the agent and complaint. I was told to bring the car in the following week. I took the car back to the agents on Monday 8th June. They told me they are sending the vehicle to Kia Edenvale to get tested. I received the car back during that week. The problem seems to be a broken radiator cap, a problem with a spark plug and I apparently overfilled the vehicle with oil. I asked them if it is going to happen again. The answer "No, the vehicle was on the machines. No more problems." As I am staying in Kempton Park and working in Centurion. I was going to go on holiday soon and thought maybe the car needs a service. On the afternoon of 30 July, 2014 I wanted to leave the work and all of a sudden the car had no power and made a terrible noise. I got stuck along the road on 31st July, got AA to take the vehicle to the Kempton Park and towed it to Diahatsu. I am still without a vehicle and still no answer. Apparently the agent is in meetings all day long. I paid R40 000 deposit.
