We purchased a vehicle from MC CARTHY MENLYN on 20 JUNE 2014, it is 2 MONTHS later and we still haven't received the license disc, the current disc expires today! After numerous phone calls/e-mails/visits and only after lodging a complaint with the COMPLAINTS MANAGER at BIDVEST, did they settle our account at Wesbank for the vehicle we've trade-in on the vehicle we've purchased! This is the worst service we have ever received from any dealership and we will NEVER do any business with MC CARTHY again! PLEASE, can we have our LICENCE DISC!!!
