Complaint / review text:
To make a long story short, my mom purchased an adjustable bed and mattress and wanted to exchange the mattress for a different one. When they came to exchange it, they found stains on the mattress and said they couldn't exchange it with stains on it.
My mom insists that she didn't stain it, but the manager insisted that they cannot exchange it with stains on it ~ I told him that I felt that the mattress came with stains on it since the stains were in different spots ~ he insisted that that was impossible, but how do you prove it one way or another. I said that I would clean the mattress and he asked to send him pictures showing that there were no longer stains, which I did. They came back again to redeliver her new mattress for the fourth time and you could not see any visible stains, but they went and held the mattress right in front of the window and you could barely see very faint stains. We were VERY upset and called the manager and he told us AGAIN that they could not take the mattress back with stains ~ We are NOT happy at all with them ~ what happened with the Customer is always right?
We are now attempting to exchange the mattress for the 5th time!
Also, the first time they came out they were supposed to come between 3:30- 6:30 and didn't come until 8:15 so it was dark and it would have been almost IMPOSSIBLE to see any stains (you have to look extremely close to even notice them at all). After this experience I would never do business with them again!
