Complaint / review text:
Since my run in service (393km) I have had little things go wrong with my Gomoto 300cc scooter which I bought in good faith. I get charged for them checking faults on said bike, even though I have a warranty of 3yrs with SAM. With my last service (3098km) I was told to pay extra as they worked longer on the bike, of which was reversed after I spoke to the owner. My bike started jerking at 3000/3500rpm soon after my last service, and after 2 weeks it would not start, had to leave the bike at my place of work, and get a lift home. The next day when I called the dealer, I was told that I would be given the number of a person to call, seeing that I could not drive the bike. I got Budget to collect and drop the bike at AMR. They replaced the fuel line and 2 fuses on the battery, 2 days later the problem was still there. I spoke to the people that hold the warranty, and they said that AMR will check the bike, and give them a report. I took off on Monday so that I could take the bike in again, only to get it back with the problem still there. I do not trust the bike, nor the people working on it! I feel that seeing the bikes 5 months old, they should give my money back, or a brand new bike. I use this bike for work!
