Uverse the worse cable company ever poor customer service. If you are looking into getting u verse I would advise against it. They will call you liar they hung up the phone one. They suspend your service after you set up a payment arrangement
Then they tell you did not set up a payment arrangement so they charge for reconnecting your service. I hear that at&t treats there employees awful maybe that why service. You think that after a customer has been loyal to your company for over three year's that once you tell them that you are unemployed because our job closed down. And you paid on time every month up until you became unemployed so I would think that they would care and give you a little time to pay. My bill was due in August 20th and it was disconnect on 27th.
The cable is not all that important. My Internet is how apply for jobs now so to that off after I talked to people over and letting them know my situation. At&t uverse is not for everyday person just trying to make it. They are about their bottom and to hell with the little man.
