Why is it that we can never get any spares (other than service kits) from the dealerships? Why are there not enough technically trained technicians available to work on the Ssangyongs? Why is there only ONE Scan tool available in the country? Biggest complaint is why do you Mahindra SA take on the responsibility of distributing Ssangyong motor vehicles and parts in this country, if you CANNOT offer support to the hundreds of Ssangyong car owners in RSA. Clearly this is in breach of the contract you have signed with Korea! Lastly, my biggest grip by far is the fact that you Mahindra head-office, DO NOT return or reply to any phone calls or emails. I am surprised that Mahindra SA is not in the same position as Ssangyong SA, with the complete "lack" of any customer feedback or satisfaction.
