I had a Russell Hobb sDeep Fryer that exploded and caused a fire in my Kitchen. I thought perhaps that the company would at least replace the unit but to my dismay no.
Last year November I bought a Fan with a mister. My mom bought the same fan. Hers lasted a sum total of 3 months and exploded. I thought perhaps it was an isolated incident.
Last night the same thing happened to my fan and the parts missed by dog by a millimeter. I feel that you do not value customer safety or produce product that are adequately tested and you do not take any responsibility to the fact that your products are inferior and not safe
