Complaint / review text:
I was looking for embroidery yarn and all of a sudden the storing shelfs above the yarn display came crashing down on top of me and my mother. It was totally insane and the proper care was definitely not taken to ensure a stable and safe environment for clients or the proper storage methods. This goes beyond my understanding how a company can function like this.
