Complaint / review text:
I have purchased several items from Sears Outlet. This past week I purchased a Samsung 4 door refrigerator to be delivered.
The delivery was set up for Saturday 10/4 between 5PM and 7PM. No delivery took place I needed to call the Outlet center to get status.
Then the delivery technician called stating the truck had broken down on the way to my location and that we would need to reschedule for Monday 10/6, as if I had any choice in the matter.
I had to call in Monday 10/6 to find out status on my delivery since I did not receive a call on Sunday night from the automated machine.
Only to find out that my refrigerator was not scheduled for delivery today at all. The next delivery date was going to be 10/7. This is after I had removed everything from my current refrigerator and freezer twice now waiting. Then the store manager told me he would need to call me back with a cancellation number for my TOTAL REFUND which will take 10 days. Even though the Outlet had performed an electronic transfer from my checking account.
If this is Customer Service I can really understand why SEARS is doing so poorly.
