I'm logging this complaint on behalf of my husband. He bought a bakkie from Mahindra Nelspruit about a month ago we had no problem with buying the Bakkie they were very helpful and so forth however there were a few things Dries form Mahindra and my husband discussed would be repaired and a radio would be installed (Should the previous owner not supply them with the current radio face) Dries had cancelled every appointment maid with my husband for collection of the Bakkie from my husband to go and fix these problems. My husband has tried to contact Mahindra Head Office on 012 661 3159 but No answers. When he does get through on the Nelspruit Mahindra Number 013 155 5024 they say that they will call him back but no replay. He has even tried Dries Cell phone Number. We are very unhappy with this serves and would appreciate feedback as soon as possible.
