Complaint / review text:
I used to love Snapdeal. I purchased on 24th of August a pair of shoes from Lovely Chick which I returned and asked for a refund. The shoes were pathetic, very hard and not fitting at all. I was unhappy so I returned them. Everything was ok until Snapdeal emails me saying the refund has been issued and it will take few days. Well, it has been more than a month and I have not received anything. I have sent them several emails and lately they seem to just copy and paste the same email over and over. The customer service is very poor, constantly saying the issue has been raised, they are working on the same. Srsly, how difficult can it possibly be? If the seller is causing issues then why sell their products? It's not like the products are of extremely good quality. Not at all!
This is not the kind of service I was expecting. Other online shopping sites are much better and more efficient in finding a solution to the problem.
I am extremely unhappy with them. I believe they are ignoring this matter completely. Otherwise, I wouldn't receive the exact same email word by word every time I write to them.
I do not recommend Snapdeal for online shopping. There are better out there!
Sorry Snapdeal but you did not provide/are not providing customer satisfaction. I apologize for having to write this.
