About 8 years ago my wife contacted SABC to inform them that she no longer has a tv licence. And every year after that she keeps getting emails from SABC to inform her that she has an outstanding amount (and every year we inform them that she no longer has a TV licence), la couple of years ago my wife was under debt review in which we in any case we paid SABC. And once again we get an sms telling us that she is going to be handed over.
I think im missing something or Im just an but it seems like SABC have incompetent staff working there or their system is messing up. I actually phoned them a few weeks ago to inform them that she no longer has a tv licence but yet it seems like the staff at SABS don't care to even look at what the problem is.
So now this is the last time im saying this, do not sms her again. She does not have a tv licence (i do) we paid the amount that you requested as few years ago (which come to think of it, you ow me as we told sabc that the account has been closed. So take her name off your system.
Im hoping that they listen now.
