Surely SA Post Office should make alternative arrangements for the delivery of parcels. I've got two parcels: (1) CC211674074CA has been stuck "in transit" in JIMC since 19 September 2014, after arriving there on 10 September 2014; and (2) no track and trace info on CW917821631US on SA post office but believe it is stuck at JIMC, as US post office informed the sender that the parcel arrived SA on 15 September 2014 and was signed by SA post office on 17 September 2014. Delays like this are not only inconveniencing to the customers since the parcels had to arrive by a certain date which has already passed, but could result in loss of parcels and I do hope SA would bear the responsibility if my parcels are lost. Please, can alternative arrangements be made for parcels to be urgently delivered? The parcels are very important to my newborn and though the time has passed for the parcels to get here, I urgently would like to receive them.
