Complaint / review text:
I moved from my old home into a new home. (Still own the old home) and requested internet service at my new home... Not only did they disconnect the service at the original home but they showed up a month later at the new house only to cut the Dish Line to my house. I never said that we were getting rid of our satellite just that we needed our internet installed. Also the Tech. Used the existing wires in the house (also Dish lines as Comcast has NEVER been at this house) The job was done horribly. I called on a Sat. Once I discovered the error and was told they would compensate me for my troubles and they would fix the problem... 3 days later and several calls to foreign speaking people that I can't understand and the promise that "my supervisor" will call you within the next 2 hours I am still the mean time I called my Dish customer service and they can come out and fix what Comcast did and I would have to pay a small fee... As much as I appreciate this and I do... Why should I have to pay for Comcast's screw up... Sticking to my guns and gonna wait this out... Bottom line... Comcast and i told them that!!!
