I signed up with Pureau a year ago.
They are supposed to deliver water monthly. Because i have a job, there were only certain week days that anyone would be home to take delivery; i explained this to them every month. Of the 12 or so times that they delivered water, they managed to get it correct 2 - 3 times. Eventually i got sick of having to buy additional water from a retailer because Pureau messed up the delivery dates. The final straw was so bad that i actually had 7 empty bottles sitting there because Pureau just didn't pitch.
I decided to cancel and phoned to do so. They told me to mail a Samantha Franck, which i did, giving my month's notice.
This month, i got debited, when i shouldn't have (just for the rental of the machine, given that they hadn't delivered any water, which should raise alarm bells on their system because that is what they supposedly do).
I emailed Samantha and she said she would look into it, but her system was down. I emailed her again a couple of days later and she said the credit controllers would get back to me. No feedback. I emailed again and she said they were in a meeting. It is now the 10th, the debit order came off on the first.
