Complaint / review text:
I recently purchased an Audi A4 on the 17/10/2014 from Inspecta Car Centurion. My husband had queried whether the vehicle was involved in an accident prior to commencing with any paperwork for the deal. The response from the sales man (Hennie) was No, confirming no accident damage. On receipt of the AA Dekra report, it was highlighted that the vehicle had been re-sprayed, subsequently the vehicle was taken to Audi Centurion for a routine service, it was confirmed that the vehicle was in fact re-sprayed. Audi Centurion reported damages to the left fender lining and several inner components responsible for the window washer system amounting to roughly R12 500. The quotation was then submitted to the Dealer principal.
The vehicle was sold to us with 3 needing to be urgently replaced as they were on or below the thread wear indicator and in a poor condition. Today after further problems with the car for the 3rd time and close inspection, Audi has certified accident damaged, repair costing 30k. I am being harassed by the person who bought my traded vehicle as Inspectacar has given my details without my permission! Is this the service one would expect from a well known company???
