I paid extra to have a package sent to me overnight because I really needed it. I received an email telling me my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by the end of the day. At 7:30 pm, I called UPS to inquire about my package only to be told that the delivery person was running late but would deliver by midnight. No package delivered. I called this morning and was told that I shouldn't have been told that because the destination scan was not done until this morning and the package would be delivered today before 7:30 pm. I've already called the retailer I ordered from and requested a refund for the overnight delivery charge as I did not receive my package on time. This is unacceptable business.
