Walmart.com what a joke. I ordered an IPOD online to be pick-up at the store. I recieved a text the item was ready to be picked-up at the store. I arrived at the store and was told the item was returned and refunded to my credit card. My credit card make me aware that a second item was purchased. I contacted Walmart.com and requested that they cancell the second order and was told that they COULD NOT CANCELL THE ORDER. So, I could purchase it from the store. I was given a order # and again I received a text that the item was ready to be pick-up at store. I returned to the store to again find the item was returned. I contacted Walmart.com and was told reason the item returned because it wasn't availible in the store. The customer service rep that refused to cancell the second order said the item was being shipped to the store. Now to hear it was not available in the store would mean the rep was dishonest. Because an item that was being shipped to the store should have been available; For the third time, I contacted Walmart.com and was told multiple excuses for the cancellation and was further told that my credit card would be refunded. I then purchased the item from the store. To my surprise I checked my credit card today and found that a partial refund was submitted to my credit card. For the fourth time, I contacted Walmart.com and was told that the item expired 11/13/14 and should have been cancel in the store. IMPOSSIBLE because I recieved the text message 11/14/14 to pick the item up and was at the store 11/15/14. This was my first and last time of ordering anything online from Walmart. I will also be very active in letting other customers know my experience.
