Complaint / review text:
If you calculate the basic service of Eskom and work their supplies to a percentage then you come to an answer that they are delivering only 79% of what should be 100%. That is 24 hours a day electricity supply to those who pay for it. Thus they are money from the consumer by charging for the basics which are suppose to be 100%. Get paid for a 21% that they definitely NOT deliver. Now that's illegal to take money from people for something you cannot supply or deliver. That's and nobody complains about it. Why don't we take a case like this to a court of law and see if there is any justice left in this country?
