Complaint / review text:
I bought a car from hyundai menlyn 8 months ago. I received great service prior to buying the car but have had exceptionally poor after sale service ever since.
I still have not received my spare car keys 8 months after purchase!
In addition and to my surprise I found that my spare tyre has a massive tear in it during a wheel rotation. If I had a flat tyre I would not be able to replace it as I do not have a spare tyre to replace it with!!!
I am continuously promised that they have ordered my spare keys but I still have not received them.
I will never recommend hyundai menlyn to anyone as their after sale service is pathetic.
I have been nothing but patient with them and all they have done is me around!
I have taken it higher to hyundai South Africa and a complaint was lodged but nothing has been resolved.
