We bought a new Mahindra Bolera in May 2014. The vehicle was sent in at the end of October for a 20,000Km service 9full service plan). It is now a month later and the vehicle is still not ready as Mahindra Alberton are waiting for Mahindra SA to authorise the repairs. I tried to call Mahindra to see what the delay is. Their Customer number (012) 661-3159
Reception: (012) 661-3161 is just an answering service with no one returning calls.
Mahindra Alberton's only reply is that they are waiting for - after more than a month! Pathetic service. We will never buy another Mahindra
